Has anyone got a Radon Swoop 170?...
Discussion
Yes good bike, only had it a few weeks done about 150km on it so far and not got it 100% dialled yet, I need to put some spacers in the shock. Basically it's a great all rounder, it would be perfect for BPW, never ridden Cannock I have done 40km XC chiltern loops on it fine.
It doesn't feel like 170mm travel, in fact as it's not got as much of a rearward axle path and has a low main pivot it feels like it's got less travel and not as plush as my 140mm travel trail bike (NS Snabb T), It's no light weight at 14kg it's a full enduro bike.
Spec is good but wasn't to my taste so I de sram'd mine and went Zee / XT, swapped saddle / grips tyres etc.

I bought mine as I'm off to the mountains behind Malaga again for a weeks riding and last year had a blast on my NS but thought I could hit the DH tracks better on a full enduro bike.

Also the radon sizing guide is spot on. On some forums people bang on about sizing up with them, definitely the wrong thing to do. The reach talking stood on pedals to handle bars is long, long on the long side of long. The mediums I ride it's 20mm longer than my already long NS Snabb. However to give it decent climbing ability it's got a very steep seat tube so the saddles quite far forward so sat down it may feel short. What's got to be remembered is it's an Enduro bike so you should be stood up nailing it down hills and sat spinning on the ups saving energy so sizing is spot on for the out of saddle downs. It's not an XC bike.
