Having a Turbo Trainer in an apartment

I've had a turbo trainer for the past few years while living in a house. Halfway through this year I moved into an apartment, top floor with 2 floors of tenants below me. As a result the trainer was packed away and I vowed that I would ride through the winter. General laziness has gotten the better of me and the bikes have barely been out since October.

Does anyone else use their trainer in an apartment? Are there any guaranteed solutions for the noise problems that come with them? I have space available in rooms that is carpeted if that helps.

i use one in a flat, carpet and a sweat mat thingy,

i did think the blaring music and swearing at the zwift avatars would have annoyed they neighbours but doesnt.
