"Loose/Rattling" rear wheel?

I'm riding some Mavic Cosmic Carbon Pros, they've done about a year old and covered about 5,500 miles.

Today whilst wiping them down after a ride i noticed/felt that there was a little, possibly a few millimeters movement with the wheel, it's not enough to touch the brake pads at all.

Is this normal or an issue?

If an issue what do I need do?

It sounds like the bearings need replacing to me , I've just had mine done on my fulcrum , much better now

If they're cone bearings then they may adjust Ok.

They're; auto adjust sealed cartridge bearings (QRM Auto) does that mean they're comes.

Nope if they're cartridges then not adjustable they will need replacing

Whilst the front has a bearing preload adjuster (should have a tool that came with the wheels) the rear does not, they need to be taken back to a shop for adjustment or new bearings.

Lots of wheels have cartridge bearings on which you can adjust the preload to take out lateral movement, Miche and Zipp are two examples of wheels I have.
