What to use couriered bike

Regardless of who you use, I'd ensure they specifically accept bicycles and ensure it's send as a bicycle and packaged exactly according to their specification. For example you'd probably want to ensure it's always transported upright, and if you just sent it as a generic package it'll end up on its side with parcels on top, no matter what you write on it or how much "fragile" tape you use. ("Fragile" and "this way up" makes no difference to couriers)
