Rear light with daylight flash that’s easy to use
Discussion
I use a fairly cheap wiggle job - it's got about 5 settings and is just a standard cycle through. On flashing I've had it on all day without an issue

3 levels of daylight flash & 3 solid. Good visibility too.
2 clicks on, then one click toggle between solid and flash. Remembers the mode it was left in. Hold for off. Brightness is set by a long press when off. That's it.

Not sure what you mean by 'confusing to change'?
Most lights have a single button that switches on and off and cycles through modes in between - switching back on to the one you switched off. The exception to the rule being Exposure - I've got two, a diablo and a toro and I will accept that they're an absolute pain to switch modes on. The Toro less so because it at least has a screen.
Rear-light wise I've got a cateye Rapid X - it's the longest lasting light I've ever had and is generally excellent. The battery on flash will last about 30hours and it's been in all manner of rain storms. Also has a nice pulsing mode as well as flashing and a couple of brighness levels.
