My first commute in the rain yesterday, top half fine, bottom half (specifically bum) completely drenched. No mudguards (but ordered some) any recommendations on some trousers?
Mudguards, plus a decent length cycle jacket will sole the wet bum. I got some ALDI leg warmers where below the knee is waterproof, happy with that set up in all weathers for commuting.
I fitted some SKS clip on guards to my roadie last week, my arse is now the driest and warmest part of me! If yours are equal to or more substantial than these you'll be fine.
