Anyone had experience of the above? I've seen some on line with a wrap around style that have a secondary frame to which your prescription lenses are mounted.

I have some Adidas Evil Eye Glasses and they have separate prescription lenses that clip in behind the front lens.

They work pretty well for me.

Been using this type for the last 30 years with no problems from various makes and suppliers.
The only issue is if you need bi-focal, most of the inserts are too small to take the prescription so I’m ok for distance but map reading is a faff.
Never been able to go for contact lenses which does give you more choice.

Forget inserts if you ride in the rain/cold and want to see where you're going.
Get prescription sunglasses - I get mine from RX Sport. * other companies are available.
