Serviced my freehub yesterday as it was a bit noisy, noticed a few chucks had been taken out the body.

Any idea what would cause this? Is this normal?

Soft alloy freehub body Vs steel cassette sprockets. Can sometimes happen when the locking isn't torqued up enough. Quite a few wheel companies use a steel insert on the freehub to prevent it (anti-bite guard).

I'd say the cassette has been wobbling about a bit.

Normal for the sprockets that are individual to dig into the the freehub. Nothing to worry. Just file them smooth and refit and all is good.
