Well the frame is damaged as the advert mentions. And the front brake disc looks bent/warped?

He has mentioned it and photographed it and the bike is good value if you can find a suitable frame for it. He perhaps should say that no-one ought to ride it, but I've seen much more dodgy adverts than that.

Yeah the condition classification is wrong, the bike is dangerous to use and should be sold "for parts only" or whatever the eBay version of that is.

The seller probably knows this, that's why they're selling a pretty much 'as new' bar the obvious, bike that's likely less than a year old. I suspect it also rides like a complete pig now, not only because the HA will be off, but it won't have bent straight back, I doubt it's that easy to get to track straight.
