Now and then HR zones get mentioned, and there's a site that makes sense of all this, by using your Strava data and displaying your figures in a more comprehensible format.

The site is a bit slow to load, so bear with it, and it's a private venture.

It harvests Strava data each night, so you an see your analysis next day.

For example, if you wonder what your HR zones actually are today (it varies - don't note them and forget!)
Here's a pic of mine this morning:

The banner across the top shows what other data is available.

probably the worst UX for a website going.

no way to actually login after creating a password, perhaps a create account and a login button might help.

Err..
Maybe I was being lenient..
FTTP here so everything's quite quick to load. But I have waited 5 or 6 seconds for the sign on screen!

I agree the interface is clunky, but I like the info displayed.

HR bands for zones are so wide that daily fluctuations are totally pointless anyway.

Yep. What I should have said; is that it will vary with time so don't note and forget! I did not mean an inference to be drawn about daily checking.
