Cloxks electric hang cycle

Bit of a long shot but my dad bought this before but passed away before he got the chance to use it. I want to sell it on eBay but cabt figure out how to get moving. I’ve charged the battery and when connected the monitor lights and horn all work but it won’t move. It’s just stuck in park. Wonder if there a certain way to get it going. (or could just be faulty)

Does anyone have one and could send me the user manual.

I know this is a long shot but I’ve search google, YouTube on possible trouble shooting but run out of ideas.
