Looking for something just to join the kids on their rides, nothing adventurous, absolute max of £500.

Thinking Vitus Nucleus VR or Voodoo Bizango... Maybe a pro if lucky.

Anything else that is obtainable at this sort of price?

You can get new HT's from all the big names for circa £500, or do you want something a bit more interesting, hence second hand?

I don't mind going new, but have always found there are bargains to be had in the pre-owned world!

I don't know if a £500 hard tail from a big name brand would actually be better than the Bizango, reviews always seem amazing for that bike.
