Wet tyres in storage?

I have my bike, along with the kids bikes, hung upside down above the car in the garage. The garage is concrete section, so gets cold and can trap moisture.

At first I thought I had a leaky roof and for weeks have noticed drips on the windscreen of the car.

I went in to the garage yesterday and could see water dripping off the bike tyres? Kids bikes were bone dry.

I haven't ridden the bike in weeks. The tyres are tubeless ready but with latex (I believe) tubes.

Is it normal for them to get so wet? I dont remember the same problem last year?

Warm air condensating on the cold bikes? This sort of thing can happen when weather warms up.
