I know that tubeless tyres are slightly porus so you put a sealent (milk or goo .. whatever). I have noticed my tyres are slowly deflating so I assume I have to stick some more sealent in the wheel.
I have presta valves - how do I get the stuff through the valve and in the tyre?
How much do I put in?

Yo don't say which - if any - tubeless system you run.
I run Stan's No Tubes and the 'rim tape' has the presta valve bonded to it. This particular valve has a removable core to allow you to top up and tyre spunk.
Alternatively, unseat a section of the tyre and pour it straight in.
I use 50ml of spunk in my 2.1's.
