Saying that, I'm soooo glad I didn't enter Sleepless In the saddle 24-hr MTB event this weekend. Taking pace near Burton-Upon-Trent and the course has a habit of turning to mush at the slightest sign of rain. Oh dear...

Got back from a 3 day trip to Afan today, brilliant, but I got soaked to the skin doing Whites Level yesterday. Was good riding down little streams though, and I managed to pass 17 people on the trails. Well chuffed.
