can people suggest which saddle they believe has the best centre cut out to relive nerve inflammation. I need a 143mm wide saddle (or thereabouts) and it will mainly be used for triathlon and road racing.

The "race" version is slightly narrower up front (apparently the road one can rub the thighs a bit). Loads of good reviews.

I can recommend the Specialized Toupe - one of the most comfortable I've ridden.
(and looks rather trick too)

weird those, there are times when I do sit right on the "nose" of the saddle and would miss that. would like to try oen tho...
