EPPING - Sunday 19th

Hi guys, getting ready for the Wales trip the following weekend so we want to get some extra miles in, we've been going all the way up to Thetford for the last few weeks but a few of us need to be closer to home this weekend.
the problem is when ever we have 'Done' Epping we never find any decent single track and always seem to end up on Chingford common.
does anyone know any decent routes?
We normally start in High Beach and head Left opposite the pub?
If anyone who know's their way round and fancies a ride out please join us?

How many of you are there?

I normally ride with a friendly bunch who are happy for strangers to join in, they leave high beach at 9:30, after congregating around their vans. Known as the "top banana" lot, after an old mtb shop. I plan to go down on sunday too.
