Ok its nothing filthy, I was on an excercise bike during the week with a stupidly large saddle and I've managed to damage the skin on my right groin muscle (and no I'm not talking about my private region smile ), I have a plan to go for a ride tomorrow of about 90 minutes duration and was wondering what I can do to prevent any further damage. I will be wearing tracksuit bottoms, but what other reasonable measures can I take, please note I don't have a specialist bike shop near me so if anyone is suggesting any products then please make sure they are readily available in a supermarket.

Cheers thumbup

Alternatively try Vaseline or the kiddies nappy stuff, Sudocreme (sp?) I think. When you can get to a proper bike shop a) get yourself some proper cycling shorts because tracky bottoms are worse than useless for cycling in and b) some Assos chamois cream.

Savlon's your friend, and a a pair of baggies, or at least some lycra cycling shorts under your trackies.
