I had a tinsy winsy cock-up on my last order so I mentioned it to Wiggle and in return, I got a lovely £50 voucher! I couldn't believe my luck!

So now I've ordered a lovely set of XT rapid fire pods and an XT front mech to replace my bent to crap LX front mech!

On top of this, I got another £5 voucher with their newsletter scheme and the total order came to zilch, nothing, nada with postage all the way to Austria!

It's true - I've always had nothing but sterling service from Wiggle so always go to them first. CRC / Merlin pick up the slack when Wiggle is low on stock and I'm in a hurry.

I always add text asking for more on my orders smile

Always swift service - why anyone asks for express delivery I don't know. Always next day for me on orders placed before midday.

Great value too.

Only critisism could be the limited clothing label and bike brands, but for replacement / upgrade "normal" bike bits, they are first class.

CRC and Stif and up there too, but not as good as Wiggle.

I love Wiggle too. They sent me an order that they'd cancelled (and refunded me for), and then sent the correct order too smile

So I ended up with 2 parcels, each with about £100 of gear in them. Despite repeated requests that they come and collect, they never did. So I sold one of the parcels to the bloke down the road for £50 smile

I can never understand why people use wiggle.

Chain reaction are cheap, and postage is free!!!

what possible advantage is there using wiggle?

I once ordered something at 4.00pm and it arrived the next day 9! i love CRC...

I've used both and on the last order, CRC let me down badly. It took just under 7 weeks to receive my items (yes, I know I live in Austria but still...), and since then all the items I've wanted have been out of stock. Tyres, front and rear mechs, shifters, you name it.

On top of that, I always get free postage with Wiggle and it always arrives within 5 working days and like I said previously; I live in Austria. (Oh, and Wiggle are quick to rectify mistakes and it doesn't take years to get through to their customer service team as it does with CRC).

You pay your money and make your choice.

Wiggle postage is also free; yes the expedited service is a cost option (that is selected by default!) but just change it to the free delivery option and 9 times out of 10 the stuff arrives next day anyway.

I find that usually Wiggle is marginally cheaper than CRC, especially when you get on the Gold or Platinum customer scheme which give an automatic 5% or 10% off everything respectively.

Therefore I use Wiggle as first choice and use CRC as a backup when Wiggle don't have what I need or have run out of stock.

I've not needed to send anything back to CRC but the process at Wiggle is entirely painless; they're happy for you to order several versions of an item to try for size and send back the ones you don't want.

Once again Wiggle has come out on top! I ordered my free bike stuff on Thursday and lo and behold, it's arrived first thing this morning!

Unbelievable! thumbup

Keep in mind I didn't pay a penny for the order (as it was purchased with some vouchers they gave to me), and I live in Austria so the delivery for a 3kg box must have been quite a bit!.

Brilliant....

Once again Wiggle....bow

In addition to my praise for their service above, I'd like to add my most recent experience. Ordered a couple of items on Tuesday on line during my lunch break. Selected normal despatch, and not pay the extra for express. Knock on the door wednesday evening from the neighbour with my parcel that arrived at lunchtime that day. Legends thumbup
