Planet X bike assembly

Anyone who's bought a Planet X recently may wish to check their BB installation. Mine was threadlocked in place after whoever assembled it had cross threaded the non drive side. I was luckily able to re tap the threads and save the shell (and hance the frame)......

Perhaps worth reassembling yourself prior to any heavy use...

Same goes for any bike you didn't build yourself.

Thanks for the tip.

Mine was fine. Bike now upgraded from 105 to Ultegra/Dura-Ace mix. If it rains any more I'll have to dig out the turbo, though.
