Its quite frightening how many people injure themselves cycling - I broke my ankle in July, my father broke his shoulder a short time after and after speaking to a few people nearly all of them know of someone that has had an injury including a dentist who broke his back and is now paralysed!

Still will not put me off and ill be back mountiain biking as soon as my ankle is up to it!
