I ride a road bike with droppies and Campag Record 08 levers - I spend most of my riding time on the tops of the bars - is it possible to add 2 small brake levers there that will work as dual levers - if so what parts do I need and where from do Iget them?

Depends on your bars - Aero bars will cause problems, but regular round or oversize bars no probs. You'll lose a bit of width on the inside of your bar tpae, and if your running quite narrow bars it can get a bit tight with the cabling and the stem faceplate.

Cane creek sell them, 'Cross top levers'. Any good bike shop should be able to get them, IIRC its their Fishers catalogue they need to get out to order them.
