I hear there is a special anti-seize you use for carbon to stop it seizing in the frame, and not to use the other stuff, or grease. I can't find any on chain reaction's website though, and have a voucher to spend there and a carbon seat post to fit!

I use Tacx Carbon Assembly Paste, but it looks like CRC don't carry it.

that will do the job, and add a 5fl oz finish line chain lube and there is the tenner neatly gone!

cheers, I thought the word paste came into it somewhere, but cycling and paste are two words that I don't normally associate!
