Marlboro/ugh bikes... anyone?

Anyone ever heard of them?
They were supposedly based around Nottingham/East Midlands area and made bikes under there own name.
In the '80's they started making bikes branded for Halfords so not sure on models, etc.
Do they still exist?
Have they any connection with Raleigh?
Do you ride one of their bikes?
If so, tell me about it and do you have pics?
Any info very gratefully receieved as the above is purely what I've been told and may not be correct.
