ked! I probably was peddling as fast as I could in all the excitement of a new bike but I really was suprised how unwell I felt. Anyway I want to enjoy cycling again and get back to being able to ride for a few hours at a good pace without a problem. What would you guys recommend for the first few weeks of training? My first proper ride will be on Sunday should I try a couple of short say 5 mile cycles or a slow 10 mile cycle? I want to get this right as I dont want to be put off cycling but I also dont want to do too little and not really gain anything from it.
