I don't know. Ive had my FAIL moments similar to that where my hand-eye-bike to floor coordination gives up the ghost...

major tea/keyboard interface...it actually came out of my nose

I could only think that she was in a silly high gear and could have done with a bit more of a shove to get her going in a straight line...
