Manchester-Liverpool cycle ride

Just booked myself on the Bike Events Manchester to Liverpool cycle ride on the 31st May.Its not a massive distance (38 miles) but it should be fun to see new routes ect.£14 well spent,might also go on the Manchester-Blackpool run in July which i last did in 1993 when i was a tad younger ! Anyone else having a go ????

I'm toying with doing the Blackpool run aswell,last did that when i was younger(and fitter) in 93.Liverpool is not a bad place ! I found our scouse friends very nice people when i used to work there even with a Manc accent !!!!
