Am I right in thinking that there is a connection between the oil on the outside of my Rebas and the 30mm of travel that they now have when supposedly locked?
Can anyone point me at some info on the weight and quantity of oil that should be in there?

I filled a set of Talas forks with Float Fluid instead of Float Oil by mistake and they locked up. Drained them and refilled with Float Oil and they were actually smoother than before!!
