London to Kenya Bike Trip - aid of FARM-Africa

I feel a little guilty about this, because it is purely a bit of self-promotion, but never mind!

I've just set off on a bike trip from London to Kenya (currently in Luxembourg) to visit a project by a charity called FARM-Africa that I raised money for last year by doing a solo Atlantic row. I'm going to be doing a kind of blog thing along the way, and I'm attempting to get into this whole Twitter thing; there's a possibility it may prove to be interesting along the way, but I can't promise anything!

I've got no PR company behind me to try and get coverage about this trip, so I'm having to rely on attempting to make it interesting enough that people who find out about it decide to tell everyone they know.

Whether that will prove successful or not, we shall see!
