Scott or Specialized Myka for the Mrs?
Discussion
Sorry about another 'What bike...' thread.
Mrs wants a new bike, about £300 to spend. She's seen a Scott she likes (I don't know which model, I think it's a more girl orientated one, all I got from her was 'it's white') but I am trying to convince her a Speshy Myka is a better bike.
Any thoughts on Scotts, and what the quality and ride is like? Should I just tell her to get the Myka. Being a woman, she doesn't like the Spesh as she doesn't like the colour...

Thanks

it's probably between this:

at that price there is little difference between them so its really going to be about comfort. there is no point trying to steer her towards a particular bike as neither is that much better than the other.
top tube length is probably the most important thing to consider as women to be shorter than men form the waist up. boht bikes are designed for women though, so there should be little between them in that area too.
