Can you change handle bars if you have a nexus twist shift?

Got the Charge Tap, and been thinking about getting some new handlebars, similar to those on the charge plug.

Now, possibly a stupid question, but I assume that due to the nexus shift, i can only go from one straight handlebar to another?

You can't.

But you can get a bar end shifter for Nexus hubs.
