Rock Shox Pushloc - Horizontal Mount?

Has anybody got any experience with the latest Rock Shox Pushloc system?
The vertical mount is utterly hopeless as I can't find a space on my bars to install it and all I have on my bars is the normal stuff i.e. grips, brake lever clamp, and gear lever clamp.
Anybody know where I can get one of the horizontal mounts from so that it sits above the bar rather than below it?
