Which inner tubes for a 26x49/52?

Hi,

Unfortunately ive got my first puncture, Im going to order some inner tbes from wiggle + some tyre leavers.

Is that all i need?

A)My tyres are 26x49/52 - what size inners do i require?

B)I currently have presta valves, can i change to car type ones? im concerned that the hole in the wheel where the valve passes will be too small and ma require drilling, as i think the car type ones are a larger diameter?
