I'm going; not been before though so can't tell you if it's any good. I'd be keen to know what other think as well.

went last year, i was in the market for a new bike so it made sense and it was a good show. all the major manufacturers are there and there are some of the smaller guys there too, lots to see and do, some demos and some hands on stuff like a repair masterclass and other stuff... if you are in the market for a new bike its well worth it, in reality, its the only time you wil be able to sit on many different bikes and get a feel for what brands suit your sizing. you can also ask plenty of questions are the guys on the stand always seem to be knowledgeable. not many sales there, a few stands selling cheapish bits and some clothing but nothing at a knock-down get-it-off-the-shelf type price... well worth it i would say.
