Cycle to work Schemes

My brother has just got an 2010 Orange P7 S on his works scheme, my workplace/organisation has a trust opt-in scheme, which they are not a part of and through my inquires don't seen to be interested in joining. It has been mentioned to me that certain private schemes do operate, has anyone here had any experience with them? Any information would be appreciated
