it might not be the best looking, it might not be the most expensive, but women would be impregnated as you cycled past such would be the increase in your virility, vicars would throw their daughters at you, the air force would sign you up for the role of test pilot, old men would doff their caps at you, small boys would run along side you cheering and nuns would flash your their boobs (maybe)

Yeh but:

"Cannondale has created one "do it all" for today's riders. The Cannondale Quick Ultimate 2010 Hybrid Bike is perfect for recreational riding on local bike paths, off-tarmac adventuring, and multi-modal travel."

Those bikes only have 5 gears between them and this one has a gold chain to match the bling you'll be used to wearing to afford one...

Anyone got any real challengers... hehe

But the 'dale has aero tubing which on an upright commuter is pointless and just looks silly.

The Pashley surely has to be the perfect steed for Boris Johnson..

"what bike do you ride?"
"a Cannodale Quick Ultimate 2010 Hybrid"
"oh.......are they stuill made i nthe USA?"
"no...."
"hmmmmm"

"what bike do you ride?"
"the guv'nor"
"can i have your babies?"

do you see the difference there?

and who wants a "do it all" bike, part of the fun of being a cyclist is having multiple bikes rahter than a jack of all, master of none....

The person who owns that monstrosity should be shot, it is probably the world's most expensive commuter though.
