Moors Valley Country Park

Was at the park, near Ringwood, yesterday buying our Christmas tree, and seem to remember reading in one of the monthlies about a new MTB track there that was designed by Daffyd Davies. No signs anywhere, however, and the ad in the bike hire place knew nothing. Anybody on here know anything about this, or was I dreaming?

No riding in Moors Valley, try the Purbecs.
The New Forest (Ringwood end) is a quagmire at the moment.

Didn't really think that there was anything at Moors Valley except at the "jumpy" spot mentioned. Not sure that this was what was being reffered to in the mag., not really Daffyd Davies type of thing I would have thought. Purbecks, hadn't thought about that. Haven't ridden there for a good few years but have walked there quite a lot and I'm getting a bit bored with the New Forest (my default riding when the South Downs chalk tries to kill me). Might try Dorset over the Christmas/New Year break although not that fit at the moment!
