Bike Tool Set - Any recommendation on what's needed?

Right I have my new (old bike) and keen to start pimping/improving the bits that need it. Obvioulsly from the previous thread this seems the best workstand:

But what about a tool set I was thinking of buying a box from £30-£50 but there seem to be some for £150 that are called basic tool set.

I'd want to use if for taking the bike appart and upgrading/sercicing bits. I was thinking of these any thoughts?

I got the first of the Merlin kits you list, along with a stand, and i have been able to build bikes and do all servicing ever since - never had to buy anything else. And before anyone adds any doubt, this kit does have all the tools for Shimano Hollowtech gear
