Specialized bike help

Mod's i'd appreciate if you could leave this in ehre just until i get an aswer as i could'nt see a cycling section?

I'm selling a mountain bike that i bought on a whim & never used.
I don't know what the frame size is & don't have a tape measure to measure it.
there is a "19" sticker on the upright of the frame where the saddle slots into.
Does this mean its a 19" frame or is it just a sticker that means nothing?

The bikes a Specialized Hardrock Sport if that makes any difference?
