Who is using a (polar) buff when riding? I wasn't convinced when the guy in the shop sold me one but he said to give it a go and see how I got on. He was right, I was wrong, plus I look twenty years younger in it...

Not a polar, but i've used buff's for years. In the summer they help to wick the sweat away from my eyes and in the winter they help to keep my ears toasty. Depends how you wear it obviously.

Has kept me commuting all week despite the man flu - keeps the neck nice and warm, meaning i arrive at uni with a throat that doesn't feel like it is filled with gravel.

I'm not sure if this Original Buff demo vid is meant to be funny, but it is...

A Buff has always been an item I've said 'I must get one of those' but never do. Been using the free one that came with MBR for a while now and it's really good. Used it on site last week when I was measuring up a warehouse on the Medway.

The Police have warned you about riding with your neck out.
