Hi.

Is it possible to have one worn cleat?
I`ve got m520`s and my left foot just lifts out with no effort.
Tried to adjust tension but still the same, tried three different pedals too.

Cheers.

Yes, they do wear out. Bugger to replace too, the screw heads get knackered by all the ground-in stones. I use it as an excuse for new shiny shoes.

When your cleats are set to the right position, fill the heads in with bathroom sealant. stops them getting full of ste and rounding off. And when you want to remove them jsut pick it out with a pin/knife - it comes out in one hexagonal blob

You can adjust on the pedals. Allen key job - or just replace the cleat. Pick the crap out of the bolt and surrounding areas. Soak the cleat with penetrating oil (WD40) and leave over night. . Uses a decent (new) allen key and gently ease the bolt out.
Alternativly give it to your LBS who have a ton of experience in shifting the sods.

The other one I heard was wax to fill in the bolt heads. Can be gently melted out when required.

Never tried it myself and usually end up having to drill the buggers out!
