Cycle to work schemes & leaving work

What happens if you leave work before paying back the bike costs?
I'm just wondering before I look into the scheme(s). It may be confusing things more (or less) as the company is my own, so I woul;dn't sue myself for the money, but just wondering what i should be on the lookout for.

Final Q - does it have to be a full bike? Got my eye on a build and the bits may be over £1000, though I guess I can add the the total price, but just pay an extra bit outside the scheme

I think you have to pay the amount in full before leaving.

My understanding was that you had to pay up for it before leaving, but that it would be "after tax" cash that settled it, not "before tax" cash.

Should say in the T&C though...
