Hi,

I'm new to the area and would like my Gary Fisher mountain bike to have a full service - where will offer me the best service and do the best job?

Also, I want to send my Fox forks for a service, so a dealer which could also do this would be good.

Cheers

Go to Strada http://www.stradacycles.co.uk they are in Bedminster on North Street. they charge by the hour rather than most shopd who charge for a set price service which varies accordingly thus Strada only charge for what actually needs doing and dont do unnecessary work. they are nice guys and passionate about bikes. plus they have some look and cervelo porn to dribble on! Bike at the bottom of Whiteladies by Habitat are also good and know which end of the spanner to use.

dont know a fox dealer, if strada cant help, i have a friend who sends his away somewhere to get them rebuilt. i'll find out where he sends them tomorrow or call Red Planet in Swindon on 01793 522211 as thats his LBS and he may well have got the number from ther...

Pablo, thanks.

It looks like Strada is more geared up towards road bikes, so not sure they could help with Fox. Worst comes to worst, they can remove the forks and I'll send them away to an authorised Fox servicer.

I've found Mud Dock to be good with my bikes in the past.
