What do you call those large upside down U's for parking?

What are those large metal parking upside down U's called, that you see on the street that people park and lock their bike against?
I am just clearing out a business unit and there is a number of these, all new, made from large gauge galvanised metal, with bolting plates at the ends. Thinking of trying to sell them on, but it's a bit difficult when I don't even know what they are called.

no idea what they are called but might be interested in a few if they are for sale!
Depending on the diameter of the tube, they could be safety barriers/ram protection bars.
