I was going to get a boardman road bike on the c2w scheme, but have been put off by the recent price hikes...

I've seen fuji bikes around and they look the part. Are they any good?

They're very good value but tend to be slightly short on the top tube for some. Try before you buy but the kit on them is excellent for the price.

My Roubaix 3 turned up yesterday, havent had time to unbox it yet.
Waiting for the SPD's and shoes to turn up and I'll give a write up! I believe the frames are all the same in each model, its just different gearsets/colours for the price.

I realised yesterday its near 30 years since my last road bike!
a cheap copy of a Raleigh Arena.....

Only available in extra large. The bike is OK for the price, but if you can stretch to a 2.0 then do so, it's significantly better in almost ever respect.
