Recommend me a lock

I'm thinking I should lock the new bike while it's at hom and I'm at work. Also I'm looking to take it with me to trail centres or to lock it up at the pub after a night ride.

I'm guessing the above have plenty of conflicting requirements, or at the least the fact I want to be able to cart it about will mean some of the more heavy (read sexure) locks aren't an option.

I'm getting a ground anchor for home, but where I am in the week is a rented flat, so alas can't really intall a groundf anchor there

Any ideas? I'm assuming I'll need some kind of decent d-lock plus a decent cable.

Kriptonote M18 and a cable would be best, but the M18 is very heavy
