None of the DH has any flow. None of the riders looked very relaxed to me. Saw a lot of tight corners being taken with the inside foot forward. 5.34 - lack of confidence rolling into the steep section. I'd expect someone teaching me to ride a bit better TBH.

FWIW, he does suggest using only one finger.

I've seen this guy coaching at Llandegla too - I can only guess he does know what he's on about. I don;t think he;s trying to teach DH racing, as much as helping riders develop the confidence to tackle steeper stuff.
