Can anyone tell me where I can find 24.5 riser bars with 50 or 60mm rise but without the annoying upsweep? Not too expensive.

That's a fairly big rise isn't it? Also do you have any preferences on material and width?

Yes I want a big rise to take the weight off my wrists. I only use a mountain bike for cruising down green lanes etc.

Alloy preferred I guess and width not very important (I have a pipe cutter).
