Bike Time Trials - Road or Track

Thinking about giving this a crack, anyone here into this? road or track

Done a few on road and one or two on a track.

They seem like a good idea before and after, but during they are just a solid block of agony.

Don't expect to be anywhere near competitive (it is possible to buy a LOT of speed in a TT), but they are a good way to measure your personal progress.

Best way is to find a local club who runs a TT series and get yourself along.

I'm doing The London Duathlon Ultra this year and am quite fast on a bike, so hoping to have a crack at the 25 and 10 mile TT's.
