Interesting, does that mean with regard to the New Forest who officially tell you not to go off the marked cycle routes on to normal footpaths/singletrack, that they would have to take out an injunction on an individual by individual basis to stop you using them?

Can't see anything good coming from this really. Just gives legitimate MTB riders that ride where they are allowed a bad name.

I thought we already had that bad name and it was devilifying the practice.
